Hassle-Free Returns Within 30 Days

At PawsPlenty, we want you to feel confident about every pet toy you purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return process is straightforward and easy to follow.

When Can You Return an Item?

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it. Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and packaged with all original accessories and packaging.

Non returnable items

Final sale items, used or damaged items that are not due to carrier damage, and items returned without original packaging.

Reasons for Returns & Return Costs

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you change your mind, order the wrong item, or simply decide you no longer want it, you may return it, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

How to Return Your Order

Contact us by emailing support@pawsplenty.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals. You will receive return instructions by email, after which you can drop off your package with your local carrier.

What Happens Next?

When your return arrives, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Is there a Restocking Fee? No! 

We do not charge a restocking fee. Restocking fees: $0.
