PawsPlenty Shipping Policy

At PawsPlenty, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That includes reliable shipping and clear, honest communication about your order from start to finish.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our US-based facilities.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We do NOT ship outside of the United States. 

Delivery Times

Here’s what you can expect once you place your order:

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this will be processed the next working day.
  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit time: 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

We use trusted US delivery partners to get your order to you safely and efficiently. These include:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the US. No minimum spend required.

Delivery Issues

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Order Tracking page.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable we will contact you to reship or refund the order minus any carrier return fees.
